Area Manager, Field Ancillary Revenue
REPORTS TO: Director, Field Ancillary Revenue
POSITION SUMMARY: Position manages a team of field ancillary managers within assigned area of responsibility and directs all forms of ancillary revenue within assigned area. Analyzes area and location trends to identify sales opportunities and develops and executes revenue growth strategies for assigned area(s). Partners with field operations management, L&D, HR, and other area business partners to deliver strategies focused on growth in support of business objectives. Trains and coaches field ancillary managers in implementing appropriate processes and methods to achieve and exceed ancillary revenue goals.
